Aquatic Fitness for Seniors from Passaic County

Passaic County Parks & Recreation presents Senior Sharks! An aquatic fitness program for Passaic County residents aged 55 or better! Hosted at Camp Hope in West Milford, NJ.

This program consists of 30 minutes of low-impact aquatic exercise utilizing a pool noodle (provided) for resistance. No previous skills are required; modifications are available for all abilities.
