Frances, a consistent top producer in NJ real estate, has distinguished herself as both a high-volume single agent and team. She began her career in 2003 and immediately became a recognizable name within her marketplace with an unwavering commitment to service excellence. Leading her team with high standards, she expects all clients to be fully supported and counseled to ensure their goals are met. Frances was named to NAHREP's Top 250 Latino Real Estate Agents for multiple years, ranked in the Top 50 and Top 100 out of Coldwell Banker Realty's 3400+ sales agents in New Jersey/Rockland County, and the Top 2% of NRT's 45,000+ agents. During her time at the CB Montclair office, she was also ranked #1 agent/team in closed sales between 2014 and 2019. Frances now leads her team from her own office under Real Broker, LLC from where it all began: Clifton. Arriving in the US from Cuba as a small child with her widowed mother who provided the foundations of hard work, sales experience, and unwavering ethics, Frances raised her own family in Clifton. She leads her team alongside her husband, Jose "Mr. Rosado", who is also the team's Operations Manager, and her eldest son Jose Jr. When Christopher (her youngest son) isn't on duty as a police officer, he assists in the marketing of Frances' listings as a videographer of his company Elite Video Productions. She is the proud owner of two rescue dogs, Jackie and Emmitt.
