Clifton Stop and Shop to Distribute Free Reusable Bags Ahead of NJ Plastic Bag Ban

Stop & Shop in Clifton is giving away free reusable bags to help customers prepare for the upcoming plastic bag ban in New Jersey, which takes effect May 4th.

Free reusable bags will be distributed on Tuesday May 3rd at 11:00am, Clifton Mayor James Anzaldi will join Stop and Shop staff to give out the bags at the Clifton store at 160 Kingsland Road in Clifton Commons.

Bags will be given one per customer; first come first served.
