Clifton Talent Hailey Mia Earns Praise From Judges in Top 8 on The Voice

Tonight’s  performances on the Season 21 Live Semi-Finals of The Voice may be the most important of the season.

The Top 8 competed for the all-important votes from their fans to reach next week's Finale of the Top 5 singers.  Tomorrow night three singers will be eliminated.

Tonight each singer performed solo and sang a duet. For her solo performance, Hailey Mia chose a popular Lewis Capaldi song, "Someone You Loved."

Hailey gave a powerful rendition of the emotional song.  Arianna Grande praised her saying that she, "...has never sounded or looked more beautiful." Hailey's coach, Kelly Clarkson, said that this was the most important week for Hailey to demonstrate all the nuances of her voice. Hailey did that and more to thunderous applause.

Hailey then sang with fellow teammates, the trio Girl Named Tom, "Hang on for One More Day." This uplifting collaboration was a prophetic choice  for the contestants.
