We are in for another short week, Clifton schools! Since Thanksgiving is coming up on Thursday the 23rd, all schools will be going on Thanksgiving break beginning on Wednesday with a half-day/early dismissal (all bell schedules can be accessed here) and continuing Thursday and Friday with schools being closed both days. Regularly scheduled school will resume on Monday the 27th.
On Wednesday the 22nd, the Clifton Mustang Marching Band will be holding its annual “Under the Lights” show at 7 p.m. at the Clifton Stadium to celebrate the fall band season coming to an end. The performance will be what the band calls “all band and no football,” meaning it will feature the traditional pregame show, highlights from the halftime show, stand music, and more. It is free to attend and donations will be accepted at the door.
In addition, all grades have been finalized for the first marking period of the school year and report cards will be distributed on Wednesday, so keep an eye out for those.
Have a great Thanksgiving, Clifton!
