Stew Leonard's to Bring Jobs and Tax Dollars to Clifton

PARAMUS, NJ - On Wednesday, October 11, 2023, City of Clifton Mayor Ray Grabowski joined Stew Leonard, Jr., CEO of Stew Leonard’s and dozens of state and local officials for the groundbreaking for Stew Leonard’s newest grocery at the Styertowne Shopping Center, 467 Allwood Rd, in Clifton, NJ. Together with the Stew Leonard's store in Paramus, when the new 56,000 sf Clifton store opens, over 1,000 new jobs will be created in The Garden State.

Stew Leonard’s is a $500 million-a-year company currently welcoming over 11 million shoppers annually and was designated the “World’s Largest Dairy Store” by the Guinness Book of World Records. Known as the “Disneyland of Dairy Stores,” the family-owned and operated Clifton store will offer local produce, dairy, and meats from New Jersey and throughout the tri-state area, generating millions in sales tax revenue for their respective local, county, and State governments.
