What’s Happening This Week in Clifton Public Schools

Happy last week of September, Clifton schools! Starting off the week, Monday all schools will be closed for the Jewish holiday of Yom Kippur.

All schools will return to normal scheduling on Tuesday except for the Children Early Learning Academies (CELA) which will be having a half-day to accommodate their Back-to-School Night. To view the bell schedules for full-days, half-days, and delayed openings for the elementary and middle schools and the high school, click here

The high school will also be having a half-day on Wednesday the 27th to host their own Back-to-School night which will begin at 6 p.m. Back-to-school nights allow for guardians to visit their child’s school and interact with each of their teachers, view the various activities and projects they have completed, and get a grasp of what the school year will entail for their student.

Woodrow Wilson Middle School will be hosting its annual yearbook photos on Friday for all students. If you are interested in purchasing photos, be on the lookout for emails and/or papers sent home with students regarding how and where photos can be bought. Be sure to look your best!

Don’t forget that there is always a game, match, or meet to catch from the high school’s many fall sports. Throughout the week girls' tennis, boys' and girls' soccer, girls' volleyball, and track will all have events occurring at varying times and locations so be sure to view the full athletic schedule at the CHS Athletic Event Calendar.

Have a great week, Clifton Public Schools!
