Clifton High School Opens Its Doors Tonight - Come Check It Out!

Clifton High School, located at 333 Colfax Avenue, is home to thousands of students, teachers, specialists, and other faculty. It's home to Clifton's ninth through twelfth grades and boasts a rich variety of courses, sports, clubs, and extracurricular activities. Though the school is large, its different wings help to create smaller communities for each grade level within CHS. Guidance Counselors and Vice Principals are available to help students find their way and plan their futures beyond the walls of CHS.

If you're looking for something to do outside of regular school hours, there are dozens of clubs to check out! CHS has an Anime club, a Forensics club, a Muslim Students' Association, a Pre-Med club, Dance, Music, Theatre, and so much more. Check out THIS LIST to see what students have been up to this year. 

Are you an athlete, or curious about it? CHS has you covered! CHS offers these athletic opportunities:
Fall Sports: Boys and Girls Cross Country, Cheerleading, Football, Gymnastics, Boys and Girls Soccer, Girls Tennis, Girls Volleyball
Winter Sports: Cheerleading, Boys and Girls Basketball, Bowling, Ice Hockey, Indoor Track, Swimming, Wrestling
Spring Sports: Baseball, Boys and Girls Lacrosse, Softball, Boys Tennis, Boys, Girls Outdoor Track, Boys Volleyball, Girls Flag Football

Musicians and music lovers have plenty to choose from, too. There are choral opportunities,  orchestra, concert band, brass band, wind ensemble, jazz band, and the pride of Clifton - the Mustang Marching Band! Non-instrumentalists can join the marching band as Color Guard or as part of the baton-twirling majorettes. 

Tonight's Open House event, from 6-8 pm, is open to all 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th graders and their families. Come out and see for yourself why it's A Great Day to be a Mustang!
