Notice Regarding the 2023 June Primary Election Ballot Drawing


Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:23-24, the County Clerk is required to hold a drawing for the ballot positions for the June Primary Election. The Passaic County Clerk’s ballot drawing always takes place in the Passaic County Administration Building and it is always open for the public to witness as required by the statute.

The ballot drawing will be conducted using a hybrid format, with virtual and in-person viewing, on Thursday, April 6, 2023, at 3 p.m. The drawing will be streamed live on the Passaic County Clerk’s Facebook page ( with a link to the livestream posted on the County Clerk’s website: for the public to witness. For those that wish to attend in person, the drawing will be held in the Passaic County Administration Building, 401 Grand Street, Room 130, Paterson, New Jersey 07505.
