Double your pleasure, double your fun! Adam and Arlo are two brothers who are currently at the Clifton Animal Shelter and are looking to be adopted together. They are six months old, neutered, and up to date on vaccines. Check out their video here!
Adam and Arlo came in with two other siblings who have been adopted already and they’re just waiting for their forever home. They like to play, eat chicken, and are very curious. Two cats are just as easy as one as they keep each other company, pose for adorable pics, and give you double the love!
Having two cats isn’t extra work, as they share toys, water dish, and dry food dish, though the shelter recommends having two separate wet bowls. In fact, it can be easier than having one kitten, because they’ll wrestle one another and not your feet!
Black cats tend to be overlooked quite often at shelters, but they’re beautiful and loving cats, who will blossom in a home, and you’ll already have a head start on the most stylish Halloween decorations on the block.

The shelter is located in the City Hall Complex at 900 Clifton Avenue in Clifton and is open Monday – Friday from 6:30 PM – 8 PM and on Sundays from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. They offer Saturday hours by appointment only (shelter phone number: (973) 470-5936). If you already know they’re perfect for you, you can fill out the adoption application at the Clifton Animal Shelter and someone will contact you to discuss and answer any questions that you may have.
