The Shannon Rose Irish Pub Celebrates 15 Years in Clifton, NJ With A Fresh New Look and Warm Irish Hospitality

Doherty Enterprises, Inc. announced a September 15th grand re-opening date of the company’s popular Shannon Rose Irish Pub in Clifton NJ. Closed for renovations since August 28th, the Irish family restaurant will reopen its doors and showcase its new look with a celebration of new menu items, drink specials, live music, Irish step dancers, kid’s activities, and the return of our guests’ favorite mixologists.

“After many years serving the community, we felt it was time for a refresh,” said Tim Doherty, President and Chief Operating Officer of Doherty Enterprises. “We’re celebrating an amazing 15 years with an updated, redesigned pub. We want to continue to wow our guest for another 15+ years, while retaining everything that gives The Shannon Rose that authentic Irish-pub experience.”

The kitchen’s chef-driven, scratch-made menu features a number of traditional Irish pub dishes that incorporate seasonal and local ingredients sourced from local partners. The bar features many hard-to-find beer and whiskey selections imported from the Emerald Isle.

“We’re celebrating the reopening with special events and promotions, including a party on September 17th to mark our halfway point to St. Patrick’s Day,” reports Doherty.

In addition there will be specialty cocktails, a selection of locally brewed beers, live music, bagpipers, Irish step dancers and the unveiling of Shannon Rose pizza. Each room in the restaurant captures the charm and allure of a traditional Irish pub.

Located at Clifton Commons at 98 Kingsland Road, The Shannon Rose Irish Pub combines Irish roots with a commitment to serving the local community. In addition to donating proceeds from special menu items and conducting fundraising campaigns for the American Heart Association, as well as ST Jude. The Shannon Rose also participates in a variety of community and local non-profit events.
